Yes, I offer a short introductory call to see if we’re the right fit for each other. During this call, you’re welcome to ask me anything about how I work or what the process looks like.

The Holding Fund helps keep a small number of reduced-fee places open. Clients who are able to pay a little above their fee can choose to support it.

I recommend weekly sessions, so our work stays continuous and reliable. Over time, the frequency can shift, and we’ll discuss that together as we go.

Sessions are 50 minutes long. If needed, 90-minute sessions are also offered.

I currently offer online sessions.

Psychodynamic and psychoanalytic therapy are long-term, depth approaches that focus on our earliest experiences. We explore patterns, relationships and everything else in between. Together, we look beneath the surface — staying curious about why certain symptoms show up.

There’s no set standard — every person is different, and so is what they need from therapy. We’ll continue to check in together and see how it’s feeling as we go.

Yes. What you bring to a session stays between us. Your information may be shared only if required by law, in cases of serious risk or harm to yourself or others, or in professional supervision (where your identity is protected).

A first session with me usually involves exploring what brought you here and why now. Anything that feels heavy, pressing or confusing is where we begin. We start wherever it feels right for you.
