Why this work

I knew very early on in my life that people’s pain was where I wanted to work. This is my core, and this is where I have remained.

My approach to therapy is inspired by Irvin D. Yalom’s idea of two travellers journeying together, unpacking the joy and sadness of life and everything that lies in between. I have done, and continue to do, the work of listening and sitting with myself each day, in hopes that I can listen and sit alongside you better each time we meet. I am devoted to walking alongside people as they work on their relationships with themselves and with others, through their own darkness and light. I use a psychodynamic, psychoanalytic and relational approach in my work with adults. You can read more about my approach here.

This same interest drives me to help startups and organisations create products that feel psychologically resonant. I also support companies in building cultures through workshops and other initiatives. You can read more about this work here.

“To pay attention, this is our endless and proper work.”
